Home Loan Procedure in 8 Easy Steps...

1. Check Eligibility: Start by assessing your eligibility for a home loan based on your financial documents to determine how much loan you can qualify for.
2. Property Legal Clearance: Next, ensure that the property you are interested in purchasing has a clear legal title with no existing loans against it. This is verified by a legal advocate.
3. Property Valuation: Get the property valued to confirm if the purchase price is fair and appropriate.
4. Submission of Documents: Submit your financial documents along with the legal and valuation reports to the bank’s processing officer for review.
5. Verification Process: The bank will review all your submitted documents, conduct employment verification, and assess your eligibility based on their criteria.
6. Loan Sanction: If your application is approved, you will receive a final sanction letter from the bank specifying the loan amount, interest rate, and other terms.
7. Loan Disbursement: Upon final approval, the bank will disburse the loan amount. At this stage, the bank may deduct processing fees, MOD & NOI directly from your account or request payment directly.
8. Repayment: Repay the loan amount in monthly installments through bank ECS or Auto-debit from your account.
